This policy explains what Piggy Panic collects, why, and what you can do about it. Piggy Panic
(com.oinknetwork.piggypanic) is published by RDK Digital Distributor, and is part of the
Oink Network family of apps.
The short version. You can play the entire game without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, we store your name, email address and a user ID so your progress and cosmetics follow you between devices. We show ads, which use an advertising identifier. We do not sell your data.
Signing in with Google is entirely optional. Every arena, every match and every screen is available without it. If you do sign in, we receive and store from your Google account:
We never receive your Google password, and we cannot access anything else in your Google account.
Whether or not you are signed in, the game records how you play so it can show your progress. If you are signed in, this is stored on our servers against your account:
If you buy something, Google Play processes the payment. We receive only a product identifier, an order identifier and a purchase token so we can confirm the purchase and unlock what you bought. We never see or store your card number, bank details or billing address.
Piggy Panic shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. AdMob collects a device advertising identifier and related technical information to select and measure ads. This is described in Google's partner policy.
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name, email, user ID | To create and secure your account, and to sync progress across devices |
| Game data | To run the game, show the leaderboard, and track daily challenges |
| Purchase records | To deliver what you bought, restore it on a new device, and prevent fraud |
| Advertising identifier | To show and measure ads |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising purposes beyond what is described here. Data is shared only with:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
Oink Coins are an in-game virtual currency. They have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be withdrawn, traded, sold or exchanged for real currency, and exist only inside the Oink Network family of apps. They are not a financial product and confer no ownership or investment of any kind.
Piggy Panic and the Oink Network app share one account. Signing in to either signs you in to both, and your Oink Coins balance is shared between them. Deleting your account removes it from both.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain transaction records for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, which we keep for up to 7 years in a form not used to identify you for any other purpose.
All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Piggy Panic is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can:
To exercise any of these, email oinknetwork@gmail.com.
